Hope is such a beautiful intangible thing to behold
It winds its invisible cords around us
daintily as if to give us a hug
We can grasp onto it at any moment
It is never far
Will never leave us
Always there and waiting
What I love the most about hope is that it comes in any form we choose - it can be laying out on our rooftop and remembering the dreams of our childhood. Watching the elderly couple that visit a local park walk hand in hand believing that one day that will be ours. Or basking in the rain and letting it renew us again - ready for a fresh start.
Without hope what do we have?
It winds its invisible cords around us
daintily as if to give us a hug
We can grasp onto it at any moment
It is never far
Will never leave us
Always there and waiting
